Some news!

A few things have happened since my post in the leaves section, back in December, that I feel are important, and so I want to share them with you guys =]
Namely, I got accepted into University! I am officially a student of AU Ontario starting the first week-ish of September. I will be studying English and a variety of the humanities. I took a three day introduction program and got a lot of free stuff, including the realization that this journey will not be... easy. Laff laff?
Secondly, I got an email back from TNY (The New Yorker) about a short story that I submitted a while ago. The editors believe I should take time to continue developing my skills and return to them with a polished piece for submission! Ahhh!
I am invariably excited for both of these things, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to share them with you guys.
The second part to this post is a little different.
When I left in December, there are a couple select people who I decided to end things with on a relatively bad note. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for my words, although I will not name names. I recognize the solidity of this apology; I accept that.
Edit: Also, it's my birthday in ten days.... Woot for legal voting age!
