Knights Reborn

This community is pretty small but contains a lot of very talented people. I was surprised after a Google search to find that no one is working on anything to enhance the game in any way. I haven't seen anything significant done with the source code so far and there aren't any projects like Golden Eye: Source out there for JKA.

I feel like I know why things aren't happening but I was surprised that I didn't even find a forum post about people wanting to do it.

Most support is on its IRC channels (as is most open-source stuff) although the registered domain http://www.openjk.org/ mentions a website coming soon, but I wouldn't be holding my breath.

Open source came like 8 years too late

I had a team building a new single player several years ago. It died a sad prolonged death due to attrition. Sad really...
