Logitech Headset

For a while I have been having an issue with my Logitech G930 Headset. It seems my volume wheel has a lot of control of my computer. When using some programs, it requires me to scroll the volume wheel up for it to load. This happens with Skype, JKA(Loading screen), Youtube (at the start of every video, it freezes until I scroll it up) and almost anything that might go into "Not responding". Anyone have an idea of why it does this?

Anyone have a more logical idea? I have reinstalled the drivers. Still doing it.

is there a way you can just plug it in when you need it? or does it still cause issues even when unlugged?

It will be running a background application or service so you can disable all its interface features by stopping that if that's acceptable. Make sure you have the latest drivers from off their website, and post this question on their forums too. http://forums.logitech.com They'll probably say "Talk to a logitech representative in your area" - they don't appear to try to hard to solve issues - but you may get a helpful solution from someone else or even see one for yourself in such threads as: -

Thanks Jawfin, I'll give that another shot lol. I have redownloaded all my drivers and it worked without any problem for about an hour, then it started to act up again.
