I'm so mad and I feel the need to vent. (Contains death)

Preface this with the fact that this post may be very upsetting to anyone who isn't prepared. Please don't read it if you are worried about that.
Yesterday evening I found out that one of my favorite puppies in the litter of puppies my girlfriends family had was killed by the father dog. The reason being the boy who was supposed to take her, my girlfriends step brother, thought it would be okay to leave her alone with this massive known to be violent dog. He just left and went to the bathroom without even thinking about it and came back and she was dead. This is horrible enough as it is but to top it all of because he got sooooo sad and regretted it soooo much his parents forgave him and allowed him to take another puppy that had already been promised to another family.
You may think this was an innocent mistake but this guy was told twice not to leave her around that dog and on both occasions he flat out ignored his step mom and more or less continued to do it to spite her. This is the same guy who threw away a 21 dollar an hour job that was 10 feet from his house because waking up in the morning is too hard. The guy who eats all the food he can when he is at his parents house regardless of the fact that they don't have the money to feed him. The guy who is living off unemployment because he would rather go snowboarding and go to concerts all day. The guy who doesn't even have a home of his own to raise this dog in.
He is a horrible stain on society and I am so upset because that little puppy was so great and I would play with her every time I was at that house and now she is gone and he just gets away with it.
