Knights Reborn

Every time I try to connect to Steam, it says there may be a problem with your internet connection but my internet is fine. I've tried running as admin and pretty much everything else. If someone could help me solve this, it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been on JKA in awhile and I really want to get back into things but this problem is preventing me from doing such.
