Alot of you have been talking with me about what i think is the best game. Ghosts, or BF4. In this topic, i will be describing the Pros/Cons of each game and give a basic summary and an overal score out of 50 points for each game(10 points possible in each category). This score is based on my opinions alone and will be based on the following categories.

Playability/Re-playability - can anyone pick it up, hop online, and start playing it without throwing things. And is there an end or can you keep playing.

Construction - the overall look and feel of the game. the physics, lighting, weather, special effects etc.

WOW FACTOR - what makes the game unique and how unique is it, or is it just the same game touched up

Customization and Leveling - can you make your character more you and does it keep you interested in being the best

Game Modes - How much does the multiplayer action REALLY offer you

Here it is everyone, my overall conclusion for COD GHOSTS. BF4 will be ADDED within the next couple days so stay tuned!!

COD GHOSTS

Playability/Re-playability - Anyone can play this game. It may be difficult at first, but you do get better rather quickly, especially after you learn the multiplayer maps. Single Player is very compelling and overall a really good and fresh new idea. Im not going to spoil anything for anyone, but i will say that it is the only CoD SP mode worth playing (if you didnt like the previous SP modes).
Verdict = 10

Construction - Everything feels and looks fantastic. Highly detailed maps and scenery makes this game really stand out as very realistic. Only draw back is nothing really explodes. Yes windows break etc, but when you use a grenade or a nade launcher, you should expect walls missing. Also, Guard Dogs are pretty OP, it takes alot to take one down, but seeing how common they are and how easily accessible they are to everyone, it really balances itself. Expect to get 3-7 kills with your dog before it gets killed. All weapons in this game look and feel more realistic than in any other CoD game ive played this far.
Verdict = 9

WOW FACTOR - Overall, its the same CoD but with new twists and add-ons. Alot of new animations and a new action that enables you to "power slide" around corners or across dangerous areas really makes it look and feel more like active combat.
Verdict = 8

Customization and Leveling - Alot of new options here with this game. Female characters are now usable. You are able to change your uniform camo as well as headgear, faces, and your sniper suit. Weapon upgrades are cheap and easy to get while more custom items such as scope/sight reticles and weapon camos are more difficult to get but a fun challenge overall.
Verdict = 9

Game Modes - Great Playability, very fun and addicting. There are a few new game modes as well as the classic favorites. Every game mode has people ready to play.
Verdict = 10

OVERALL COD GHOSTS SCORE = 46/50

Overall, i really enjoy this game. the multiplayer is a lot better than previous CoD games. I really like the new leveling system. all the stock maps are pretty decent, everyone has their fav few and their least fav maps, but all of them are enjoyable. you kinda have to learn the little tricks of the game which make it more interesting, and the tricks vary between game modes which makes this game a really well rounded online gaming experience. A really solid 9/10 score here and well deserved.

** Have i left anything out? Questions about the games youd like the answers to? Feel free to ask and ill be happy to help you out the best i can.**

Your avatar has a gun. Just go live it...... or go live GTA and steal both games :twisted:

And I don't have either.... but I have watched an overly excessive amount of gameplay from both. Without having played them, I would give BF4 the edge. I enjoyed their advertising campaign better as well. They actually tried to make it sound awesome. I'm curious to see what you think Fraea.

yeah there has been alot of talk about which is better, actually alot of arguing lol. thats why i wanted to create a fair test with a points system to try and make it more clear to those people who havent bought either of them yet and dont want to/cant buy both. i want to say that when i give the review, it will be based solely off of the categories, and any one game will not be held in favor over the other due to my feelings. im going to keep this as scientific as possible i guess you could say. after the review scores are shown, i will be writing small reviews on each game and then i will be saying what i feel to be the best game. i hope this proves to be useful. if not, then it will at least be a fun little project for me.

Well, can't wait to see which you decide. Also, I'm curious about the single player for each... like the originality, story, and difficulty... Namely because I've seen quite a few people posting that Ghosts re-used cutscenes from previous games, and that the SP for Battlefield was okay at best.
