I suggest installing teamviewer and letting either Manda or Key take a closer look. I don't think words and pictures are getting anywhere.

Be careful. Teamviewer, as said by Titus a few weeks or so ago, is vulnerable to cracking. I strongly advice caution here.

I think it'll be okay... can uninstall when he's done

@Frog, also, crossing the street is dangerous if you don't look both ways. I however take all precautions when attempting to position myself on the other side of a roadway. Thus I've never gotten hurt!

Sam, Manda is very right. We need to know the exact issue and exact method of attaining the issue. When you go to describe your problem, be as detailed as possible. Tell us what you clicked on, typed in, etc. for every step possible.

There's a video explaining how to set up 1.5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZJKIeZX1E0 Maybe try following that with your version, or just try installing 1.5 instead.

Other than that, Idk what you're doing to set everything up, so no idea.

Soo, it is a problem with directory...

If you had set the directory to gamedata/base, you wouldn't need to copy and paste the assets. Yeah, copying the assets to gamedata works, but why if you can simply direct the program one more step towards the right folder.

okay this may fix your texture problems, Sam .. but I don't think it'll give you the proper shaders you need (as mentioned before). I just checked, none of the assets have a ShaderList.txt file in them which means you don't have access to system and other important shaders.

You could make matters less practical by copying your shaders folder to GameData or you could change the project / game path or whatever to GameData\Base as Manda says.
